Critic Chris Curcio has been writing about the theater and performing
arts since 1968. His reviews and articles have appeared in "Arizona
Foothills" magazine, "The Arizona Republic," "In Theater" magazine,
"Variety" and the "San Jose Mercury-News." He currently is theater
critic for KBAQ, the Phoenix Public Radio classical music station.
Curcio
holds a master's degree in Arts Administration from U.C.L.A., a
master's degree in Public Administration from A.S.U., and a bachelor's
degree in Speech and Drama from California State University, Hayward. He
attends over 200 theater productions a year and has a collection of
musical theater recordings that includes over 4,000 records and CDs
representing over 1,500 shows.
